At Paragon Sports Management we are always looking for new and innovative ways for our clients to entertain their own key clients and customers. Entertaining with film and music offers a different angle and widens the appeal of accepting a hospitality invite to a different audience that perhaps traditional sporting hospitality may not.

Entertaining with Film


We offer official corporate hospitality packages to many major film premieres and charity preview screenings where guests can enjoy traditional hospitality and a seat to watch the film. As you would expect at premieres guests will be rubbing shoulders with all the stars and experience the glitz, glamour and paparazzi that goes with these occasions. When possible guests will also receive an invite to the post-film party to party the night away with the stars.

Private & Exclusive Film Screenings


Invite your key customers or top sales people to attend a private Pre-Premiere Film Screening of a soon-to-be released movie at a choice of venues. Include a champagne reception, theme your event around the movie or use your company branding to make the screening truly your own.

BARBICAN - Cinema capacity 250 & 280
London's world famous Barbican Centre incorporates two state-of-the-art air-conditioned cinemas, which are available for exclusive screenings of major new film releases. Their garden room is ideal for a pre-reception.

DISNEY SCREENING ROOM - Cinema capacity 93
Located in Hammersmith, this is Disney's own screening room. Films do not have to be made by Disney to be shown here.

CHARLOTTE STREET HOTEL, W1 - Screen capacity 67
Charlotte Street has its own fully equipped state of the art multi-media screening room. It is of the highest professional standard and is luxuriously designed and fitted with 67 extremely comfortable Italian leather chairs. The screening room is perfectly situated adjacent to the private rooms for pre and post presentation entertaining.

COVENT GARDEN HOTEL, WC2 - Screen capacity 53
Covent Garden Hotel has it's own fully equipped state-of-the-art multi media screening room. The cinema is of the highest professional standard and is luxuriously designed and fitted with 53 extremely comfortable taupe Italian leather seats, fully carpeted & air-conditioned. Comprehensive acoustic treatments ensure ideal internal viewing conditions, free from external intrusions
